Credit Union Branch Manager

Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union is seeking a motivated Branch Manager to lead our Detroit Lakes branch. This is an exciting opportunity for a financial services professional who is passionate about developing people, growing business relationships, and making a positive impact in their community.

As Branch Manager, you will oversee all aspects of branch operations while fostering a culture centered on exceptional member service, team development, and business growth. You will serve as a leader, coach, and community ambassador, helping strengthen our presence in the Detroit Lakes market.

What You'll Do

· Lead, coach, and develop branch employees

· Create a positive, high-performing sales and service culture

· Drive branch growth through business development and community engagement

· Build relationships with members, local businesses, and community organizations

· Oversee daily branch operations, security, audits, cash management, and compliance

· Assist members with lending, deposit, and teller services as needed

· Collaborate with Mortgage, Business Lending, Investments, and Insurance teams to achieve organizational goals

· Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to meet growth objectives

What We're Looking For

· Previous experience in the banking, credit union, or financial services industry

· Leadership or supervisory experience with responsibility for coaching and developing employees

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills

· Knowledge of financial institution operations and regulatory requirements

· Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop effective business strategies

· One-year certificate from a college or technical school, plus two years of supervisory experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay Range: $29.33 - $44.04 per hour

Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union provides a salary range that represents its good-faith estimate of what may be paid for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, internal equity, market data, and business needs.
