Employment Coach
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable team member to support individuals in achieving their personal and employment goals. This role involves serving as a positive role model, coaching participants in job skills, and assisting them in developing appropriate work habits, appearance standards, and self-advocacy skills. The position provides active, person-centered support through meaningful daily activities, community inclusion, and assistance with daily living tasks. The hours for this position are Monday-Thursday with varying times ranging from 10am and 7pm. 14 hours weekly. More hours may be available as well.
