Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging Science lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment using effective behavior management techniques
- Provide one-on-one support through tutoring and mentoring
- Evaluate student progress through assignments, assessments, and projects
- Collaborate with fellow educators to refine teaching strategies and curriculum
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in education or a related field
- Valid Michigan teaching certification
- Strong classroom management and instructional design skills preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
