Entry Level Institutional Service / Sales Analyst
Premier/ Boutique Asset Manager seeks an Entry Level Institutional Service / Sales Client Analyst (s) that will be responsible for providing investment capabilities to clients domestically and around the globe with a focus on registered investment advisors (RIA), endowments, foundations, family offices, high-net-worth families and trust companies.
The group is seeking sharp fast track individuals to assist with developing new business opportunities, territory management and ongoing client service and some follow up sales.

•Manage the day-to-day maintenance of individual client accounts by liaising with portfolio management, trading, operations, legal/compliance and other internal teams, along with external parties including client’s attorneys and accountants
•Liaise with custodians regarding daily transactions and process client distributions in a timely manner
•Proactively address the specific needs of clients and service all relationships through account onboarding , portfolio reviews, performance reporting, asset movement and overall account maintenance
•Deepen knowledge of investment products across equities, fixed income and alternative investments, including separately managed accounts, mutual funds, hedge funds and collective trusts
•Maintain and organize client information, spearhead annual KYC process and coordinate periodic client meetings
•Contribute to the overall efficiency of the team by fielding inbound client inquiries, maintaining team schedules and handling other relevant

Desired Qualifications/Required Knowledge & Skills:
•1-4 years of experience in a financial sales / service environment. Financial Advisors / Planners are encouraged to apply. Asset management experience is a plus
Entry Level Candidates (May / June Grads 2023 ) are welcome to apply with related internships in financial services (retail brokerage) or asset management.
•Proven record of academic achievement, concentration in Finance, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred
•Keen understanding of sales / service and marketing process
•Good analyst / analytical quantitative and qualitative reasoning ability, with the capacity to understand inner workings of investment strategies and explain that information to an audience
•Self-starter with strong attention to detail and follow-through
•Ability to think independently and formulate sound conclusions
•Proven ability to multi-task
•Excellent writing/editing skills
•Strong verbal communications skills and comfort engaging all levels of firm management
•Series 6 or 7, 63 / 65 or 66 a big plus, or to have the desire to acquire within 6 months.
