Millwright Project Manager

Mid-Land Enterprises is a leader in industrial maintenance, millwright services, and metal building construction throughout the Midwest. We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Millwright Project Manager to lead projects from planning through completion.

Position Summary:

As a Millwright Project Manager at Mid-Land Enterprises, you will be responsible for overseeing industrial and millwright projects, coordinating field crews, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, schedule, and manage millwright projects from start to finish

· Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials for each job

· Lead and support foremen and field crews with daily operations

· Maintain client communication and manage expectations

· Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies

· Monitor project costs and track performance against budget

· Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

· Conduct jobsite visits and provide hands-on problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications:

· 5 years of experience in millwright work or industrial maintenance

· 3 years of project management or supervisory experience

· Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, rigging, conveyors, motors, and alignment

· Ability to read technical drawings and construction documents

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools

· OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training preferred

· Willingness to travel as needed
