Job Summary:
As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for cutting, fitting, and welding metal components to fabricate structural and custom parts used in our industrial and construction projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in reading blueprints and working with various metals and tools. This position will be during 2nd shift.
Key Responsibilities:
2nd shift availability
Fabricate steel components from blueprints or shop drawings
Operate fabrication tools including saws, torches, grinders, brakes, shears, and plasma cutters
Perform MIG and/or TIG welding with precision and consistency
Ensure parts are measured, cut, and assembled accurately
Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials as needed
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of experience in metal fabrication or related trade
Proficiency with MIG and TIG welding
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols
Familiarity with fabrication shop tools and machinery
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus
Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
