Mid-Island Mortgage Corp. is a mortgage banker licensed in 18 states and has been serving our communities for over 65 years!
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Mortgage Loan Processor to join the team in our Westbury, NY corporate office.
Work schedule: Monday - Friday (full-time)
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and complies with company policies as well as state and federal regulations
- Be the point of contact for each customer throughout the loan process
- Effectively and professionally interact with Loan Officers
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience processing loan applications
- Processing second mortgage experience a plus
- Knowledge of FHA products
- Knowledge of 203k a plus
- Ability to work with all levels of the company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent customer service skills
