Our Customer Support Coordinators keep the day running smooth at Mid-Iowa Distributing. You will talk with customers, answer questions, and make each interaction feel clear and welcoming. If you enjoy helping people and keeping things organized, this is a solid place to build confidence and grow.

What you will do

• Provide updates, confirm appointments, and follow up with customers
• Learn our cleaning product line so you can guide customers with confidence
• Keep records accurate and support daily office duties
• Help create a friendly environment for customers and team members
• Communicate clearly with the team to keep the day on track
