Automotive Valet / Porter
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 5-day work week
- Every other Saturday needed.
Job Summary
Mid Hudson Subaru is seeking a motivated and reliable Automotive Valet/Porter to support our service and sales departments. This customer-facing role is responsible for maintaining an organized dealership, moving vehicles safely, and ensuring customers receive a positive first impression.

Responsibilities
- Park customer and dealership vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Maintain showroom and inventory vehicles in clean, display-ready condition.
- Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for lot presentation.
- Transport vehicles between the showroom, service department, and dealership lot.
- Assist with vehicle staging and lot organization.
- Maintain dealership parking areas, sidewalks, and driveways.
- Remove snow, ice, and debris as needed to maintain a safe environment.
- Shuttle employees between designated parking locations.
- Help manage traffic flow throughout the dealership.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting guests and team members.
- Perform additional porter and lot attendant duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of two years of driving experience required.
- Clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail oriented.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Previous dealership, valet, porter, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
