Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Assistant, located in Seminole, FL. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting healthcare professionals with patient care, managing medical records, and performing administrative tasks within the medical office. Daily tasks include taking patient histories, preparing patients for examinations, assisting with procedures, and managing appointment schedules. The Medical Assistant will also handle medical terminology-related tasks and ensure that the medical office operates efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medical Assisting and knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Experience in managing a Medical Office and handling Medical Records
- Skills in providing Patient Care and supporting healthcare professionals
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred
