We are seeking Branch Managers who can lead with accountability, operational rigor, and a commitment to safety and customer service.
The Branch Manager will over see all branch operations, personnel, fleet, compliance and client service for a high volume armored car facility with the upmost professionalism.
This role requires a hands on operator who thrives in a fast pace, detail driven and always changing environment and can balance people leadership with operational execution.
Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Over see daily armored transportation, ATM service, Vault operations and cash logistic workflows. Ensures all routes are dispatched correctly and safely, efficiently and in compliance with regulatory and company standards. Monitors on time performance, service accuracy and route productivity. Always maintains strict chain of custody procedures and audit readiness.
- People Management: Lead, coach and develop a team of drivers. Conduct performance reviews, corrective actions and ongoing training.
- Client Service Relationship Management: Be the primary contact for clients. Resolve issues in a timely manner. Support onboarding.
- Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct audits, ensures all incidents, variances and exceptions are documented and resolved in a timely manner.
- Financial Oversight: Manage branch P&L, overtime control, fleet maintenance.
Experience
- Proven experience in law enforcement, military service, or security management is highly desirable
- 5 or more years leadership. Experience in armored car and logistics a plus.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check, MVR review, and meet firearm certification requirements.
- Proficency with operational systems,route software and reporting tools a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
