What are the responsibilities and job description for the Surveillance Officer position at Mid-Cumberland Human Resource Agency?
The part-time position is located out of the Rutherford County Office and involves conducting home visits of non-violent felony offenders who have been released from incarceration and assigned to the Community Corrections Program for Rutherford County while ensuring compliance with program policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
· Direct supervision of probationers through home visits
· Maintain accurate case documentation to comply with program policies
· Provide testimony in court as required
· Assist with drug screens
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma
· Experience in working with felony offenders
· Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills
· Ability to maintain detailed and confidential information
· Valid Driver’s License
Additional Information:
· Part-Time, $14.74 per hour
