Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour (no experience)
Job Summary
Performs many tasks involving physical labor. Responsible for keeping crew members supplied with materials, tools, etc. Responsible for general site clean-up.
Job Requirements
- Travel throughout territory to assigned projects
- Keep crew members supplied with necessary materials, tools, ice water, etc.
- React promptly when responding to the needs of crew members
- Mix mortar per job requirement
- Lubricate, clean, fuel and oversee operation of equipment
- Operate variety of hand and power tools
- Organize and maintain job site trailers, trucks and gang boxes
- Inventory tools and equipment to insure they are returned to trailers, trucks and gang boxes at the end of each work day
- Inspect all returned tools and equipment at the end of each day for damages
- Insure all locks are secured at the end of each work day
- Understand and follow MCR and OSHA safety policies and applicable laws
- Achieve production rates and quality standards as set forth by the industry and MCR
- Use measuring tape accurately to the nearest fraction of an inch
- Help monitor pedestrian traffic near work zone
- Work high above the ground from a variety of scaffolding, lifts and rooftops
