We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Line Technician to join our team and contribute to the seamless operation of our aviation maintenance and logistics processes. Responsibilities
- Perform routine and corrective aircraft maintenance in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) and company standards.
- Supervise and coordinate daily line operations, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Manage logistics related to aircraft parts, tools, and equipment, maintaining accurate records and inventory control.
- Lead a team of technicians by providing guidance, training, and support to foster a high-performance work environment.
- Conduct safety inspections, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform heavy lifting as needed during maintenance activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members across multiple languages including Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and English to ensure clear understanding of procedures.
- Maintain organizational skills to document work performed accurately and ensure compliance with aviation standards.
Qualifications
- Proven management or supervising experience within an aviation or maintenance setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance or service technician roles.
- Multilingual abilities in Korean, Chinese, Japanese, or English are highly desirable.
- Experience with logistics management, heavy lifting, manual transmission vehicles, and basic math skills for precise measurements.
- Familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) related to aircraft maintenance is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of military standards or experience is a plus but not required.
