The Construction Manager will oversee the full construction lifecycle of multi-family residential projects, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all phases of ground-up multi-family construction projects.
- Oversee Assistant Construction Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and company expectations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges and delays.
- Enforce safety regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to senior leadership.
- Review and approve subcontractor scopes, change orders, and invoices.
- Maintain accountability for project profitability and performance.
Experience:
3 years of Ground-Up Multi-Family construction experience (Required)
Leadership:
Proven experience managing field teams and subcontractors.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, structural, and architectural plans.
Transportation:
Must have a reliable vehicle.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Los Angeles time)
License:
Valid Driver’s License (Required)
