Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Yakima, WA, with an option for partial remote work. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships within the assigned territory. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing tailored solutions for customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, preparing proposals, managing accounts, and staying informed about market trends and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Relationship Management: Experience in sales, client relationship building, and account management.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage and interface effectively with diverse clients.
- Problem-Solving and Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify customer needs, analyze market opportunities, and develop creative strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Knowledge of Material Handling or Related Industries (Preferred): Familiarity with forklifts, warehouse solutions, or material handling equipment is a plus.
- Self-Motivation and Work Ethic: Strong organizational abilities, time management skills, and a proactive approach to achieving objectives in a hybrid work environment.
- Technology and Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
