What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Administrative Assistant position at Mid-City Rehabilitation?
We're looking to hire a Bi-lingual (Spanish) Administrative Assistant. You will work at the front desk AND help patients with their Physical Therapy equipment, when needed.
Some but not all of the tasks are:
- Schedule patients
- Answer the phones
- Manage email correspondence
- Assist the Doctor with daily notes
- Translate for Spanish speaking patients
- Help keep the clinic, restroom, and break area tidy
- Manage inventory and restock items
- Scan and upload daily notes to the billing office
