- Accurately enter and manage 40-50 mammography orders weekly
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations for imaging services
- Schedule and coordinate ultrasounds and mammograms, including add-on appointments
- Prepare patients for ultrasound-guided procedures, including vitals, intake, and documentation
- Assist providers during in-office procedures to ensure patient safety and efficiency
- Operate and monitor the Pro-Nox (nitrous oxide) system in accordance with safety protocols
- Support clinical workflow to ensure efficient patient throughput and excellent patient experience
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist with coordination between providers and imaging services
- Current State of Nebraska Medication Aide (Med Aide) license required
- Medical Assistant experience preferred; pre-health or women's health background highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume order entry with accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and critical thinking skills
- Professional, compassionate communication with patients and team members
- Strong computer skills and ability to work within electronic medical record systems
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable team-oriented mindset
