Schedule: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, daytime hours)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to be a vital part of our dedicated team. This is a great opportunity for a service-oriented, detail-driven professional who is passionate about women's health care.
What You'll Do:
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and appointment paperwork
- Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system: schedule appointments and route calls appropriately
- Enter and update patient information in the electronic health records system (EHR)
- Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk area
- Perform general clerical duties (filing, scanning, copying, faxing)
- Provide support to providers and other team members as needed
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
