Project Manager
As a Project Manager at Mid-City Electric, you’ll take ownership of key commercial projects—leading teams, managing budgets, and delivering results that exceed client expectations. Backed by our 100% employee-owned structure, industry-leading benefits, and a strong pipeline of work, you’ll have the tools and support to grow into the next generation of construction leadership.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Prepare bids and estimates
- Secure profitable work
- Maintain strong, positive relationships
- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
- Maintain high levels of communication with all parties involved in projects
- Prepare contracts, change orders, and purchase orders
- Requisition needed supplies and materials
- Maintain safe job sites and encourage safe work practices
Key Experience Needed to Hit the Ground Running:
- Demonstrated experience in a project management role
- Proficiency with project management and estimating software and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a similar field

- Commercial electrical project management experience
