Mid-Cities Medical is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business specializing in providing in-home respiratory and medical equipment services to Veterans. We are committed to delivering world-class service through government-approved respiratory equipment, including ventilators, portable oxygen concentrators, stationary oxygen concentrators, and related medical supplies. Our team proudly serves Veterans and their caregivers throughout Texas, Arizona, and Southern California.

Mid-Cities Medical is seeking an innovative, results-driven, and detail-oriented Process Analyst to help optimize organizational performance and drive operational excellence. This role partners closely with executive leadership and department managers to improve workflows, enhance KPI visibility, strengthen reporting capabilities, and implement technology-driven solutions that support data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and passionate about leveraging data, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve business operations and organizational outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational workflows and data to identify trends, discrepancies, risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities; translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, department scorecards, KPI tracking tools, and visual reporting resources that support timely leadership review and decision-making.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity through validation, reconciliation, cleansing, monitoring, and standardized reporting practices.
• Support recurring reporting activities, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting, ensuring deliverables are accurate, complete, and timely.
• Track workflow performance and operational metrics, escalating risks, gaps, or improvement opportunities to department leaders as appropriate.
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, workflow guides, and reporting methodologies that promote consistency and accountability.
• Recommend, implement, and monitor approved process improvements, workflow optimizations, automation opportunities, and operational modernization initiatives.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other approved technologies responsibly, verifying outputs as needed to support reporting, documentation, analysis, and operational efficiency.
• Support compliance, accountability, and process consistency across assigned functions and departments.

Shift:

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

On-Site Position – Grand Prairie, TX

Pay Range: $40-$50/Hour

Education and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications, including dashboard development, KPI reporting, Power Query, Microsoft Copilot, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience transforming complex data into actionable insights, reports, scorecards, and performance metrics that support data-driven decision-making.
• Proven experience developing SOPs, workflow documentation, process improvements, and operational efficiencies while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Experience in healthcare operations, including Durable Medical Equipment (DME), home health, VA contracts, government-funded healthcare programs, Brightree, compliance-focused environments, audit readiness, workflow standardization, and automation, business intelligence, or process improvement initiatives preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement through technology, analytics, and innovation.

• Must be able to understand and speak English fluently. Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to work 8a - 5pm Shift
• Ability to process written and oral communication from various sources.
• Must be able to work on the weekends in emergency situations only.
