We’re looking for a driven, experienced sales pro to take the lead in our Virginia East territory and make a meaningful impact from day one.

What You’ll Do

This is a field-based sales role focused on building long-term relationships, identifying equipment needs, and delivering practical, high-impact solutions. You’ll work directly with public works departments, contractors, and fleet operators to keep their operations moving.

• Meet with customers throughout Eastern Virginia
• Demo equipment, quote solutions, and close deals
• Manage your schedule and pipeline with the independence of a business owner
• Collaborate with your local branches in Chesapeake and Hampton, VA for support, parts, and service coordination
  
  

You’ll Excel Here If

• You have direct experience selling heavy equipment or vocational trucks
• You’re mechanically minded and comfortable talking through specs, hydraulics, electrical systems, and performance factors
• You’re confident in the field, at ease behind the wheel, and enjoy the variety that comes with working in equipment sales
• You build trust quickly and become your customer’s first call when they need solutions
• You're able to lift up to 50 lbs and easily get in/out of large vehicles and equipment
• You have a clean driving record and are willing to obtain a CDL (we’ll sponsor and support)

This is a remote position covering Eastern Virginia, with regular collaboration and equipment access through our Chesapeake and Hampton, VA branches.
