As a Parts Specialist, You’ll Be The Go-to Person For Customers And Our Internal Team When It Comes To Parts, Service, And Support. Every Day, You’ll Help Keep Our Shop And Our Customers’ Fleets Moving By

• Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and by email—identifying needs, recommending solutions, and providing accurate cost estimates.
• Locating and supplying parts from stock, ordering from vendors, or sourcing locally.
• Supporting sales growth by promoting services such as PM packages, mobile fleet service, and compactor support.
• Maintaining an organized parts room, monitoring inventory levels, and issuing purchase orders when needed.
• Processing warranty claims, invoices, and payments with accuracy and professionalism.
• Collaborating with the service and shipping departments—helping with inventory counts, receiving, deliveries, and occasional forklift use.
  
  

What are the qualifications we’re looking for?

• Technical Knowledge – Prior experience with heavy truck parts or hands-on repair knowledge.
• Valid Driver’s License – Clean driving record; ability to obtain and maintain a DOT physical.
• Education – High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service – Proven experience assisting customers, offering advice, and building strong relationships.
• Communication Skills – Clear and professional in person, on the phone, and in writing.
• Problem-Solving – Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-driven.
• Attention to Detail – Highly accurate, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Computer Skills – Comfortable with Outlook email/calendar; ERP system experience a plus.
• Inventory Management – Strong organizational skills; prior cycle count experience helpful.
• Warehouse Equipment – Ability to operate pallet jacks, hand carts, and forklifts (training available).
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach
• Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Ability to get into and out of various vehicles without assistance
• Willingness to pass a DOT physical exam
