Senior Living Advisor / Placement Specialist Mid Atlantic Senior Placement LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Living Advisor to help families navigate Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living, and Home Care options throughout Maryland. This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically seeking professionals with prior experience working for senior placement and referral organizations such as CarePatrol, Assisted Living Locators, Oasis Senior Advisors, A Place for Mom, Senior Care Authority, or similar companies. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the Maryland senior living market, experience guiding families through care decisions, and established relationships with healthcare professionals, discharge planners, social workers, and senior living communities. Responsibilities Conduct consultations with seniors and their families Assess care needs and recommend appropriate senior living options Coordinate and accompany families on community tours when needed Assist families throughout the decision-making and move-in process Build and maintain relationships with assisted living, memory care, independent living, and home care providers Develop referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, hospices, elder law attorneys, and social workers Maintain accurate records and follow-up communications Represent the company at networking events, healthcare events, and community outreach activities Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in senior placement, senior living sales, community relations, healthcare marketing, or a related field Experience working for a senior placement agency strongly preferred Knowledge of Maryland senior living resources and communities Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple families simultaneously Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Maryland Proficient with CRM systems, email, and basic technology Compensation $25 per hour Uncapped placement bonuses Performance incentives Referral development bonuses Advancement opportunities We are looking for a compassionate, professional, and results-driven individual who is passionate about helping seniors and their families find the right care solution while building strong relationships throughout Maryland's senior care community.
