Seed Facility Manager Trainee

We’re looking for a Seed Facility Manager Trainee to join our Mt. Holly, VA production facility. This hand-on role offers the opportunity to learn all aspects of seed production – from conditioning and packaging to distribution and field operations. You’ll gain the mechanical, logistical, and leadership skills needed to advance into a Plant Manager position.

What You’ll Do

· Set up and operate seed conditioning and packaging equipment

· Monitor production runs and perform quality inspections

· Load, unload, and organize materials in the warehouse

· Maintain clean equipment and ensure high product purity

· Perform mechanical repairs and basic preventative maintenance

· Assist with outdoor field work as needed

What You’ll Need

· Mechanical aptitude (experience with electric motors and equipment is a plus)

· Forklift experience

· Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly

· Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability

· Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

· High school diploma or GED required

· Agricultural background preferred

· Must pass pre-employment screenings
