Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Outside Sales Representative role based in Jacksonville, FL. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for growing and managing a territory by visiting existing and prospective customers, conducting in-person sales calls, and presenting product solutions for residential and commercial roofing projects. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, preparing and delivering sales presentations, generating quotes, and following up on leads to close sales. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with contractors, builders, and other key stakeholders, ensuring responsive customer service and timely resolution of issues. - Previous outside sales experience, preferably in roofing, construction, or building materials, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage a territory, and prioritize multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and willingness to travel locally to customer sites on a regular basis.
- Comfort using CRM systems and basic productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets) to track activities and opportunities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or technical knowledge in roofing or construction is a plus.
