We are seeking Full Time Intake Coordinator for our Outpatient Facility. This essential role involves managing first contact with clients, gathering essential information to determine eligibility for services, and schedule intake/assessments. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work with other staff to effectively meet the needs of the patient while maintaining a positive relationship with patients and referral sources. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Prescreening
-Insurance verification
-Coordination with assessment coordinator
-Referral call management
-Coordinates with SCA on referrals
-Maintain community contacts
-Reschedule assessments
-Walk-ins (screening)
-Customer relations
Education:
Associates in Human Services or related field (preferred)
High School Diploma (required)
Language:
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred)

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
