Mid-Atlantic Rehabilitation Services (MARS ATP), a leading outpatient addiction treatment practice located in Bethlehem, PA, has an immediate opening for a Full Time Clinical Supervisor.
Working under the direction of the Project Director, this position is responsible to assist with the day to day clinical operations of the agency.
Major Responsibilities:
- Supervising team of clinicians with diverse skills
- Managing documentation through electronic health records
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to develop relationships with referral sources, funding sources, clients, and families.
- Performing other duties as assigned or directed by Director to insure smooth operation of the facility
Education:
- Master’s level or higher
- Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, or Licensed Psychologist
- Required Experience: Five years of post licensure experience
- Drug and Alcohol experience needed, CAADC with licensure is preferred
Skills:
- Must be organized and able to manage time to meet deadlines
- Must be motivated to be an integral part of a growing facility
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,751.58 - $85,206.20 per year
