Apartment community seeking a Property Manager to join our team of professionals. Must have some industry experience. Position will be responsible for all aspects of leasing and managing.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Handling telephone and on-site traffic, closing the application/sale, dispatching emergency call repairs, overseeing staff, bookkeeping, account collections, court representation, etc. This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.
Requirements:
Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
Positive, "can-do' attitude, professionalism and a high level of enthusiasm.
Professional written and oral communication skills.
Clean criminal background history.
Minimum casual business attire.
