We are looking for a Behavioral Health Practice Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our division. This is a hands-on role at the center of everything — you will keep our scheduling, referral, and administrative systems running smoothly, provide direct day-to-day supervision and support to our front desk staff, and serve as the primary operational point of contact for clinicians, patients, and the Director of Behavioral Health.
This role works across both of our locations and requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of systems that need to be built, not just maintained.
