We are seeking an Inside Account Manager to support and service an established group of customers by managing repeat packaging orders and providing consistent, responsive support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted, day-to-day contact for existing customer accounts
- Manage repeat packaging orders from quote to delivery, ensuring accuracy in pricing, lead times, and specifications
- Enter and maintain customer orders in the company’s ERP/CRM system with a strong attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding order status, changes, and delivery timing
- Work closely with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure customer expectations are met
- Handle customer issues with a practical, solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain organized records of customer pricing, order history, and packaging specifications
- Anticipate reorder needs and help customers plan to avoid disruptions
- Look for opportunities to strengthen relationships and grow business within existing accounts
- 2 years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service—preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or distribution
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple ongoing customer needs
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite ( Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Clear, professional communication skills (phone and email)
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Full-time, Monday to Thursday, 9 AM - 5 PM, and Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM
