- Competitive pay: $105,000 – $165,000 per year

Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Virginia (required)
- Experience with geriatric patients preferred
- Background in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Hospital Medicine (accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft Office
