• Location: Pennington, NJ
• Job Type: Part-Time
• Schedule: Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; however, hours will vary based on business needs and may include weekend shifts.

The Role:

We are hiring part time Warehouse Associates to join our team. This is a physical, hands-on position where you’ll be responsible for fulfilling rental and sale orders for live events. Your role is critical to ensuring our clients receive their orders on time, with the quality they expect.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Picking, packing, and organizing rental and sale orders for events of all sizes.
• Planning and overseeing order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensuring all equipment is packed securely and ready for transport.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assisting with inventory management and equipment inspection.
• Meeting strict deadlines to ensure timely delivery for events.

We need hard-working, dependable, and results-driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This is not a job for the faint of heart. You must be someone who takes initiative, works hard without supervision, and delivers every time.

• Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations is a must. Familiarity with entertainment lighting, audio, video, FX, and other special event equipment is strongly preferred.
• Work Ethic: We want people who show up on time, every time, and are ready to hit the ground running. If you're not motivated and don't take pride in your work, this is not the place for you.
• Physical Stamina: This is a physically demanding job that requires heavy lifting (up to 75 pounds), bending, and standing for extended periods. You need to be in great shape and able to handle the physical demands.
• Communication & Teamwork: You must be able to communicate clearly and work well with others, both in the warehouse and across departments.
• Responsibility & Accountability: We expect you to take full responsibility for your tasks and follow through until completion. We don’t want to babysit, and we don’t tolerate excuses.
