What You’ll Do
As a vital member of our clinical team, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating patient care: managing schedules, care plans, and paperwork
- Checking patients in and out with exceptional hospitality
- Ensuring smooth patient routing and doctor flow
- Handling phone calls with confidence and warmth
- Supporting doctors with various therapies and clinic processes
- Helping maintain an efficient, upbeat clinical environment
You must be comfortable being on your feet and actively engaged throughout your shift — our office moves with purpose!
Requirements
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems
- Medical office or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Bonus points for:
- Marketing or social media experience
- Fluency in another language, including ASL
- Prior exposure to chiropractic or wellness environments
