What you’ll do
- Provide day-to-day leadership and support to our Sales, OSC, and Marketing teams
- Coach and mentor onsite sales professionals to hit and exceed monthly goals
- Work directly with Marketing on digital strategy, social media, advertising, SEO, and community-level marketing efforts
- Analyze sales traffic, marketing data, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust strategy
- Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and customer experience across all touchpoints
What you bring
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the homebuilding industry (required)
- Strong understanding of homebuilder marketing, digital advertising, and social media best practices
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus) and lead management processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Must hold or be able to obtain a **Maryland Builder Sales License**
