This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Crawford County OH. The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and implement personalized therapy programs to help patients improve their physical function and well-being. Responsibilities include delivering rehabilitation sessions, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and monitoring patient progress to achieve optimal outcomes. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
- Strong expertise in Patient Care and Home Care practices
- Solid foundation in Medicine relevant to physical therapy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
