What You'll Do 


The Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist at Mid American Credit Union is responsible for planning, designing, and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive organizational growth and support sales objectives. The role involves creating visual content that represents the brand across various external platforms. This includes designing marketing materials like signage, social media graphics, and website elements. Additionally, the position manages digital marketing campaigns focused on both retaining current members and attracting new ones


  • Completes visually appealing design work and coordinates with the appropriate department. Create logos/artwork for promotional items and specific program offerings.
  • Designs and coordinates graphic design and copy for advertisements, billboards, signage, social media, and print projects to carry out concepts throughout all channels.
  • Create, manage, and report the implementation of marketing content and campaigns across diverse print, digital and online platforms.
  • Help execute an annual marketing strategy, overseeing the communication and implementation throughout all channels. Analyze results, assess performance, and make recommendations to improve performance.
  • Responsible for managing and enhancing the organization’s online presence through website updates and periodic redesigns to ensure optimal user experience and brand alignment. Oversees the implementation of SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and maximize online visibility. Monitors analytics and provides actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze market trends and demographic data concerning members and potential members. Provide detailed reports relating to marketing activities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and initiate marketing strategies and tactics to increase product penetration. Manages production of fully integrated marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels. Ensures accurate and timely communication to employees and management on the execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Ensures that all marketing materials meet compliance regulations as required for advertisements.


What You Need to Get the Job Done 

  • Education - A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience  - Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions. Need to have proficient knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Outlook software (Outlook, Word and Excel). Canva and/or Adobe Suite experience preferred. 
  • Interpersonal Skills: Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving and obtaining information, as well as advising or referring, which commonly require shorter discussions.
  • Ability to multi task while maintaining a high level of efficiency.  
  • Must be team oriented and possess a positive attitude while working well with others. 
  • Customer service experience including the ability to effectively perform the skills necessary to deliver exceptional service, such as communication, empathy, patience and organization.
