About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Lima, Ohio. This is a full-time, in-person role for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers find the right solutions, and contributing to a positive, results-driven sales environment.

Compensation

· Starting salary of $50,000 per year

· Additional incentive opportunities based on performance

Key Responsibilities

· Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service from the first interaction through the close of sale.

· Learn customer needs, answer questions, and recommend appropriate products or services.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

· Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through consistent follow-up and strong product knowledge.

· Process sales accurately and maintain organized customer records as needed.

· Stay informed about products, promotions, pricing, and company policies.

· Collaborate with team members and management to improve the customer experience and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

· Prior sales, retail, customer service, or related experience preferred.

· Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

· Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.

· Ability to work full-time, in person, at the Lima, OH location.

· Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working toward sales goals.

· Basic computer skills and ability to learn sales or point-of-sale systems.

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
