Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
- Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and providing information as needed
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Support office management activities including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email
- Assist with bookkeeping duties such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial recordkeeping
- Proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure clarity and accuracy
- Support personal assistant tasks when required, including travel arrangements or special project coordination
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with a strong emphasis on organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools,
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
- Strong keyboarding skills coupled with good proofreading capabilities for professional documentation
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in customer service
- Knowledge of office management best practices along with computer literacy across various platforms
