The Software Engineer supports the design, configuration, and development of enterprise applications with a primary focus on Salesforce. Contributes to integration and application development efforts across .NET and related environments. Translates business needs into modular, maintainable technical solutions under the guidance of senior engineering and architecture staff. Ensures system reliability, data integrity and consistent alignment with organizational standards.

The Position
The Software Engineer supports the design, configuration, and development of enterprise applications with a primary focus on Salesforce. Contributes to integration and application development efforts across .NET and related environments. Translates business needs into modular, maintainable technical solutions under the guidance of senior engineering and architecture staff. Ensures system reliability, data integrity and consistent alignment with organizational standards.
What You'll Do
- Designs, builds and maintains Salesforce configurations including objects, flows, validation rules and security settings.
- Develops custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components and related Salesforce development tools.
- Supports integration between Salesforce and external systems using REST or SOAP APIs.
- Creates and updates reports, dashboards and automation to support business operations.
- Troubleshoots system issues, performs root cause analysis and delivers enhancements aligned with established standards
- Execute deployments across development, test and production environments and maintain related documentation.
- Develops and maintains applications using C Sharp, ASP.NET, .NET Core or similar technologies.
- Performs debugging, refactoring, unit testing and code review participation to ensure maintainable solutions.
- Assists with SQL based development, data processing tasks and ETL support.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field.
- Hands-on development using C #, ASP.NET or .NET Core.
- Experience building or supporting API based integration.
- Exposure to relational databases such as SQL Serve.
- Experience participating in the SDLC within structured environments.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce platform features and declarative capabilities.
- Understanding of API communication, data structures, and basic integration architecture.
- Proficiency with development tools such as Git, Visual Studio or VS Cod.
