What You'll Do
This is a hands-on role in a dynamic plant environment. The position requires you to be on your feet for extended periods, walk up to two miles a day, and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds. You'll work in various conditions, including exposure to noise, heat, and cold, and will need to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.

What You'll Do
- Lead and Coach: Guide and mentor your team, fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
- Drive Efficiency: Delegate responsibilities, manage daily schedules and breaks, and ensure the team meets and exceeds production targets.
- Maintain Quality: Oversee all packaging and labeling to ensure it meets our high-quality standards.
- Ensure Safety: Lead by example in maintaining a clean and safe workplace, ensuring all team members follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE.
- Troubleshoot and Train: Act as the first line of support for machinery issues and be responsible for training new team members on products and processes.
- Perform Essential Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork, conduct quality checks, and report any issues to the Shift Manager.
- Experience: Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Skills: Basic troubleshooting abilities, an analytical mindset, and a willingness to learn new software.
- Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Bonus Points: Prior experience driving a forklift and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
