Prepare for visitations, memorials, and funeral services, including delivery and setup of floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photographs, and personal keepsakes.
Assist with visitations and services, including chapel setup, dressing and casketing of remains.
Assist with the respectful preparation of deceased individuals as permitted by law and company policy.
Greet and assist client families and visitors with compassion and professionalism.
Prepare and process service-related documents as directed.
Perform general office duties and run errands as needed.
Serve as an usher, assist with parking, and support transportation needs.
Drive funeral home vehicles and assist with refreshments when permitted.
