Responsibilities

- Train, mentor, and manage staff, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while maintaining cleanliness in the bar area.
- Develop creative drink menus and special promotions to enhance guest experience.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to ensure a high level of service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
