Our Nashua location is searching for a Field Service Engineer who can install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex equipment and systems at customer sites worldwide, ensuring their proper operation. 1 to 2 years of on-site training will be provided before deploying into the field.

Requirements
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Basic programming knowledge and abilities· Testing/debugging high power electronics (110VAC 480 VAC, and 20,000 VDC).
- Safety compliance- including lock-out tag-out, arc flash, and PPE as required.
- Capability to work autonomously and manage time effectively while traveling to various customer sites.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Keep management informed of any operational/system issues, client expectations, safety matters etc., in a timely manner.
- Writing / utilizing Operations manuals to support the systems and equipment
- 5 years in a manufacturing and/or high-power environment preferred· 3 years of related experience required; 2 years onsite client experience preferred· Associate’s degree in engineering, electronics, or related technical discipline preferred· Strong knowledge of high voltage systems, large microwaves, generators, etc. is preferred· Professional demeanor and ability to perform work on assignment is critical· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills· Strong documentation skills that are accurate and time sensitive· Customer service and solution driven mindset· Ability to manage travel details, work schedules, and accommodation needs in an efficient manner
