WHAT YOU’LL OWN (Position Summary)

Salary based on experience: $95,000 to $115,000

Lead all stockroom, receiving, and inventory management activities to ensure material accuracy and availability in support of production. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for both day-to-day execution and driving process improvements across inventory control and material flow.
JOB DUTIES (Responsibilities)
- Lead receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate intake of materials
- Oversee stockroom operations, including organization, material storage, and kitting
- Own inventory management at the transactional level, including cycle counts, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy
- Act as a working manager—supporting day-to-day activities such as receiving, pulling kits, and performing cycle counts as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Operations for all stockroom and inventory-related matters
- Establish, track, and improve KPIs for:
- Receiving (on-time delivery, quality)
- Inventory accuracy (cycle counts, adjustments)
- Kitting (on-time and accuracy)
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to support production efficiency and material flow
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 8–10 years of experience in warehousing, stockroom, or inventory management
- 5 years of direct people management experience (hourly teams preferred)
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and material flow processes
- Comfortable working in a hands-on role while leading a team
Salary based on experience: $95,000 to $115,000
