Logistics Coordinator – Full-Time

Pay: $28–$32 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage daily order fulfillment, shipping, and warehouse operations at our York, PA facility. This role is hands-on and requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
- Meet 24–48 hour order fulfillment timelines for consumable goods.
- Schedule and coordinate shipments with contracted and common carriers.
Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Maintain an organized, safe, and clean warehouse environment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in stock replenishment.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Team Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with team members to streamline fulfillment processes.
- Support other warehouse staff when needed to meet shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of logistics, shipping, or warehouse experience.
- Experience arranging shipments with carriers.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Attention to detail with accurate order processing.
- Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory (Sage experience is a plus).
Preferred:
- Leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics.
- Experience handling laboratory or technical equipment.
