Night Auditor/Front Desk Clerk

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all phone systems are operational.
• Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold hotel standards of hospitality management by providing excellent customer service at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is advantageous.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to assist diverse clientele.
• A background in hospitality management or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $14.00 - $14.94 per hour
