Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and sanitizing bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and communal spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces regularly.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels while adhering to safety protocols.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff.
• Follow established health and safety guidelines during all cleaning procedures to promote a safe environment for everyone.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold quality standards.
• Support other hospitality team members with janitorial tasks or special cleaning projects as needed to maintain overall cleanliness excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles within hospitality settings such as hotels or resorts is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care (mopping, polishing), upholstery cleaning, and use of industrial cleaning equipment.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards and hospitality industry best practices.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving heavy supplies.

Pay: $12.00 - $12.50 per hour
