Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team at our vibrant hospitality establishment. Responsibilities

  • Manage all front desk activities, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Lead and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service, emphasizing professionalism and hospitality standards.
  • Oversee reservation systems, room assignments, and billing processes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly, turning challenges into positive resolutions.
  • Maintain effective communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly.
  • Monitor multi-line phone systems and ensure phone etiquette is consistently professional and courteous.
  • Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management review.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a strong understanding of guest services.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise.
  • Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations is preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
