What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Front Desk Clerk position at Microtel Inn & Suites Gardendale?
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Gardendale is seeking a part time Front Desk Clerk. We will hire an energetic, customer satisfaction oriented individual. The Front Desk Clerk must provide exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manner. Performs all Front Desk related functions including but not limited to checking guests in/out, promoting sales related programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, etc. Also assist with Breakfast that includes food preparation, set up, service and cleaning. We want a team member who is willing to work and show up on time to work. The ability to learn quickly and retain information is incredibly essential to maintaining this position.
